Teacher have one of the hardest jobs in the world but they can also have the most influence on our future. I think the key is to stop demanding rote memorization and start teaching kids to think. Memorization is needed in certain subjects like math but if a teacher can get kids to think critically - to evaluate what they read, see and hear, and to make judgements or come to conclusions on their own, it would be a great day for the country. Teach kids to make up their own minds. Teach them how to think.

Teachers play a vital role in the country's upgradation .Our honorable president has said "That the youngstars should dream" ,How does one can dream? the answer is obviously the way they are brought up .Infact the students spent most of their time with teachers in the school rather than with their parents ,so it is the teachers who must inculcate the art of developing their knowledge and skill,make them think in the optimistic manner,help them to built their self confidernce because the father of our nation has said future india lies in the hands of the young people.

Educate the youth to become not only highly skilled professionals but well rounded persons with generous hearts, who render dedicated service, and are ethically and morally upright hence, being a boon to the country in which they serve and a part of the solution to the problems of the entire global community.

Getting students to be really interested in whatever subject(s) they need to learn in school; teaching students to be honest and non-violent; learning from students what excites them and what bothers them; learning how to apply their knowledge as teachers outside of the classroom.
