There's a little confusion in the answers so far. The lists include different TYPES of "rhyme".

Usully when people ask for a word the rhymes, they have in mind a "PERFECT rhyme", in which EVERY sound from the vowel of the syllable with the accent to the end of the word.
for this definition see:
http://www.bartleby.com/61/83/P0188300.html

In this case, a perfect rhyme would have to end with the sound /EMber/ so that the following would work:

ember, member, dismember, remember, December, November
_______________

If no perfect rhyme is possible or will work for your purposes, you can often use a NEAR rhyme, in whihc MOST of the sounds match. The best near rhymes are usually those in which ALL the vwoels match (callled "complete assonance") and the LAST consonatnt or consonant cluster matches exactly ("final consonance") and any other consonants match as closely as possible.

Since the sound of /n/ is quite close to that of /m/, amd /p/ is close to /b/ the best near rhymes for your word iare likely to be those ending with /-EMper/ or /-ENder/, or /-ENter/. (Note that words ending in "-or" are often pronounced the same way as those with "-er" and should be included. Also "enter" is not quite as close as "ender", because the T does not use the voice, while D, like the B of Setember, does use the voice)

Thus:

temper

amender, ascender, attender, bender, blender, commender, contender, defender, descender, emender, ender, engender, expender, extender, fender, gender, intender, lender, mender, offender, pretender, render, sender, slender, spender, splendor, surrender, suspender, tender, vender (or 'vendor')

center, enter, mentor, renter, tenter, tormenter
_______________

A little more distant would be the following, since the middle consonants are a little more distant (listed by group, roughtly from nearer to more distant):

avenger

clever, endeavor, sever
AND all the "ever" words: ever, forever, never, however, whatever, whenever, wherever, whichever, whoever

feather, heather, leather, nether, tether, together, weather, whether

leper

measure, pleasure, treasure

dredger, ledger
_______________

SOMETIMES you can get away with changing one of the vowels slightly. So the follwing words, in which all is identical but the first vowel takes a short i instead of short (two vowel sounds which are very close), might possibly work for you. (For ANY 'near rhymes' you have to test theme in the line for which you need a rhyme. What works in some places, won't in others.)

limber, timber

More distant (varying the consonants aa mentioned above AND the vowel):

crimper, limper, simper, whimper

cinder, hinder

fibber, gibber, glibber, ribber

deliver, giver, liver, quiver, river, shiver, sliver

dither, hither, thither, wither
