Don't you think this question would be better asked to your OBGYN, instead of a bunch of strangers on the Internet?

If it was me I would ring the delivery suite at the hospital and ask their advice.
I found my GP a waste of time with any of my pregnancy related problems.
You can never be too careful as I had a similar pain in my ribs, thou only on one side at 32 weeks and I actually had my daughter 3 days later! (she is 100% healthy :})

Your baby is getting ready to turn for his delivery they can stretch & make you feel like you have more then one in there the last few weeks of pregency are the hardest they gain so much weight getting ready for the outside world & he is putting pressure on your bladder.
Rest & put your feet up drink lots of water & relax !
I wish you a happy healthy baby congradulations enjoy they grow up to fast

I think you best to ask your midwife hun. The baby might have not moved down into your pelvis yet and may be causing your other organs to push up against your ribs which might be causing you this pain.
