Do you have a good social worker at your school? Try seeing this person. I am so sorry even teachers treat you badly. When I was young, I had oily skin and blackheads and pimples. Now, my skin is nice because of the oils which have calmed down, but it was embarrasing at the time when I was young.
Have you tried a daily regime like first washing with a soap for dry skin, follow it with a nice mask, rinsing, then using a good toner for dry skin and finally adding a nice gentle lotion again especially for dry skin?
Go to the mall to the nicer stores and ask for suggestions. Even if you can't afford the stuff. Then, go to the dollar store and get the same stuff at more affordable prices. (Check the ingredients of course, so they are the same). A lot of times the pricy stuff is pricy because of name brands.
Finally, tell your dad, it's time for you start to see a female doctor. Be nice when you ask him. (I don't know your age, but it sounds like you are pretty mature and can probably even make the appointment yourself). Once at the doctor's, explain your problem. I'm sure your doctor can explain to you and/or your dad better what you need.

You dont say what you use to cleanse your skin, but I wonder if that might be the problem. Soap and water dries out your skin. You want to start with a good skin regime.
I don't know how old you are, but I started taking care of my skin at 12. One of the best products I used when I was younger was Nuetrogena. You can get it at Walmart or your grocery store. I know some other young ladies that have used the Dove or Oil or Olay cleansers (the ones that in the circle pad or the cloths)
What ever you try, you need both the cleanser AND the moisturizer.
Take the time to find what works best for you and KEEP YOUR HEAD UP and drink plenty of water.... it helps!

1) Do not wash your face or body with hot water, Use warm water. A good way to tell if it's too hot is if you're sweating in the shower.
2) Use a scrub or toner every-other day to get rid of dead skin.
3) Us a facial moiturizer that has at least 5% shea butter. (you will not find these at a local drugstore. You will need to visit someplace like Sephora to find what you are looking for.)
4) DO NOT WASH YOUR FACE WITH SOAP AND WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Take the time to go to the Clinique counter and buy yourself a quality facial care system.

Have you tried Ambi products? They work well for dry olive skin as well. Exfoliating may help as well, a BufPuf might do good. When mine gets very dry, that's what I have to do. I find Palmer's is alright in the summer, but in the winter it doesn't cut it one bit. They do make an oil, however, that is great! You may want to try the oil instead--works well any time of year.
If you dad doesn't listen, find a family member or friend who will.

1. you need to exfoliate your skin. (removes the dead skin so that the fresh skin can get the moisturizer, the "ashy" skin is dead cells.
2. Use and toner (creates smaller pores)
3. Intense Moisturizer (thicker the better)
If you use an exfoliant on your body and then moisturize with a body lotion then your body will have a healthy glow to it.

well my friend goes to bed with vaseline on her face or you could use a moisturize. I use velocity by Avon. But as for the cruel kids at school. if all they do is tease you about your dry skin don't listen to them. be the bigger person because they're shallow and lame =]
