Saints beat the Cowboys when the Cowboys were HOT and the best thing in football. Saints waxed them in Dallas and taught the rest of the league how to do it.
Then the Eagles were the lock or hottest team in the league and the Saints beat them.
The Bears on the other hand barely beat Tampa Bay and the detroit Lions, they were getting waxed on MNF by the (ummm, Cardinals????) worst team at the time in the NFC. The Packers beat the Bears in the last game of the year and the injury riddled Seahawks that struggled almost ALL year should have beat them last week if not for Holmgren and Hasselback.
Oh yeah, the Bears are giving up about 25 points per game over the last 6 weeks. And they had TWO WEEKS to prepare for last weeks game. Why will they be better in less time against the best team they've played in WEEKS?????
Saints 51-10 (remember Denver Bronco's of the 80's)

Hey Bears fans....Where did Grossman go to college and where did Brees play? Hmmmm, who has the "cold weather" advantage at QB?
Florida vs. Purdue? South (hot), North (cold), need more help?

This is so ridiculous. I am sick and tired of the f-ing Saints being talked about as if they are unbeatable and the greatest team ever. Talk about overated? They lost 6 games, and their division sucks too. Truth is, the media has come up with a new team to love every week, and the Bears keep winning and winning. there's always a lame excuse: The Bears only won by xxxx, they were losing at halftime to xxxxx, their defense gave up xxxx. Always a lame EXCUSE from the jealous losers, but the team WINS, bottom line.
After 17 games, there's no such thing as overrated or undrerrated, you are what you are, the games are played on the field.
The Saints will get a beating on natural grass, where their running backs get about 1.5 yards less per carry. I cant wait to hear what excuses will come next after the Bears make the Super Bowl.

I said that om the last game in regular game, but they are still good, they are playing in the championship game. The media always jumps on the Dallas Cowboys band wagon. Now that's an overrated team, Back to the Saints, they have the better team in the NFL, but I don't think it will b a blow out 7 - 10 point game. Saints number 1 on the field that's for real. As a Saints fan from 1970, this is the best team it has ever had. But the Saints win either way, and if they win the game, well that's something a little extra

1985 The year of the bear followed the year of the 49's with more exclusivity than ever in the league that prides itself on its balance. Unlike the 18-1 - 49's of 1984, the 18-1 Bears had 1985 almost entirely to themseleves. In a Super Bowl victory against the New England Patriots 46-10 the ratings on T.V. history was also made where it was recored more people wacth 127 million. Six weeks later, a tape was played in china, and according to China Central Television, neary 300 million Chinese cared enough to wacth ' The Giant Bear of Chicago ' William ' the Refrigerator ' Perry The Bears set a record shutting out both teams in the play-offs Giants 21-0 Rams 24-0 The defense was so good that they held 14 of 19 opponents to 10 points or less even through they was the greatest defense of all time with Coach Mike Ditka The Great Walter Payton helped them into many victories and SWEETNESS took that sweet memory with him to heaven!!! The best team of 1985 was the CHICAGO BEARS

The reason they lost the the Green Bay Packers in the last game is becouse they wern't trying that hard. They had a secure spot in the playoffs and they had home feild advantage for all their games in the playoffs. The Bears had nothing to play for, the game did not mean anything to them, so they did not go out out. If you recalled, the bears beat Green Bay the first game they played them this year (26-0). Green Bay on the other hand had everything to play for, they had a chance to be in the Super Bowel, but the giants went instead becouse they won their final game. Everyone has their off days. The BEARS WILL WIN THE SUPER BOWEL, MARK MY WORDS!

Most overrated? That question will be answered Sunday. Anything can happen on Sunday. I think the pressure will be on the Bears. Even if the Saints lose, they have had an awesome season, however, I don't think the Bears have a chance. Saints 24-7.

I agree that the Saints will win! This team has won the hearts of the country with its hard times to incredible season story. But I think the score will be 30-20 or 27-20 and not a blowout though!

yeah I pretty much hate the Bears, especially these Bears. The Saints actually have a team that functions in each area not just an on and off defense and a completely talentless offense. Final score Saints 30 Bears 13

Don't think so....The Bears may just have them right where they want them, in a frigid Soldier field & out of that cozy (72degrees) dome with swirling winds!
The D should take a good look deep inside & not believe all the hype & press clippings of the early part of the season. Offense should be fine. Also don't forget the Bears special teams!
Bears 21-14.

no...every dallas cowboys team is the most overrated...
sexy rexy is originally from bloomington, in, so he has been exposed to some cold weather too...that argument doesn't hold water because it shoud be based on where they play now, not where they played 5-6 years ago.
what matters is right now, not woulda, shoulda, coulda on regular season games.
the saints might win, but it won't be because of things you brought up...used faulty logic.

The Bears are "really" showing alot of loyalty to a QB. They are a good team destined to have a replay with my beloved Patriots.
