Guys, there is a new neighbour inour block, quite handsome too but while doing exercise in the park, he wears a skin tight pants whichs makes his gigantic 12" inch pen...is shows out.
You must be blind not to see it.
The question is it okay for him to do that with all the kids around the park??????

its not illegal or anything, but very disturbing...parents should keep the kids away or somebody should talk to him about that

it's a park.. it's public.
if your offended by his act, then you can talk to him.
maybe he's trying to get some attention. to show off his 12 inchs. in that case i suggest you'd hook him up with someone :P

If it is offensive call the cops the next time and have them have a chat with him. That should put a stop to it.
