carry on regardless.. the second you embrace the feeling it takes you over. Best to keep going and you see eventually that it was only paranoia.

Obviously if the paranoia is about something that may harm you then I would look into it a little bit but always keep in you mind that it could just be your mind playing tricks.

Basically what Buchyex said but first I try to identify if I am being paranoid or if something really IS going on (someimes it IS!)- for instance, at work, sometimes someone really is trying to sabotage my efforts. But whatever conclusion I arrive at, I will then avoid the situation or person until the feeling blows over.

Someone saids they avoid stuff. I do the opposite, say, recently, I watched something reallyt weird and freaky, and because it was so weird and I'd never seen anything like it, I completely freaked. I kept thinking it was happening, and got more and more scared. So I tried avoiding it, and pushed the thoughts to the back of my mind, but thhis made it worse, and when I did thinjk about it, I got way more scared. So I watched it over and over and over again, until I wasn't freaked anymore, or suprised. x
