Read interviews published in newspapers/magazines/periodica... of the language you are interested just louder as to listen to you. This practice works out in different ways:
1. reading louder makes the person to listen also thus doing 2 things at a time, i.e., seeing and listening
2.reading makes the reader familiar with several words day by day thus strengthening him in word power which is a must for speaking effectively.
3.Once you become familiar with particular words, have to try to understand the meanings of those words. During this attempt let you watch interviews on TV so that, that watching gives you a chance to understand in using/pronouncing those words in proper manner
4.The next step is to keep talking to your nearest ones so as to avoid discomfort/inferior complex if any mistakes took place while speaking. Better to talk to persons/friends who could be capable of correcting the mistakes.
5.Try to write those words/sentences what you spoke to your friends will gives double benefits, like remembering those words and increase in self-confidence level
