I would suggest:
Luke Daniel
Luke Patrick
Luke Matthew
Luke Michael
Luke Nathan
It would help to know what the surname is though

You'll notice all my suggestions are two syllables so the name flows better with the one syllable first name of Luke and provides an easy-to-pronounce transition to your surname.
Love the name Luke, by the way, since it's strong and masculine but not common and ordinary. If Luke is already a little 'bun in the oven', good luck!

Depending on the length of your surname, i think it should be a slightly longer name than Luke, for example:
Luke Jonathan Lxxxxx
Luke Frederick Lxxxxx
Luke Christian Lxxxxx
Luke Samuel Lxxxxx
Luke Harvey Lxxxxx
Luke Jordan Lxxxxx
If these sound too wordy for you, and you want a short middle name then you need something that sounds slightly softer then Luke (but of course it does depend on your surname which we dont know!). How about these:
Luke Piers Lxxxxx
Luke Rufus Lxxxxx
Luke Ross Lxxxxx
Luke Silas Lxxxxx
Luke Toby Lxxxxx
Good luck with the baby whatever you decide to call him.
