hi, i was wondering where you can buy a wheelie bin? i live in south wales and i tried B&Q, Focus, HomeBase and i can't find them, could someone tell me where i could purchase them please? thanks!

I dont think you can but if you phone council they should supply one for you free of charge

have you tried your local council if they collect the rubbish in wheelie bins they should supply them

Costco usually do them if you can get to one. Otherwise, good old fashioned hardware stores often stock them and see link below.
