I am sure there will be, i have workedin this field for 32 years now but not in the areas you describe, most recently as a service manager.
Contact your local social services for info and also there will a community team associated with learning disabilities in your area. Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities. CTPLD. Look in your phone book in the first few pages there are useful numbers and it may be there.
Ask at your local mencap charity shop too.
You could ask through your GP he/she will have appropriate info.
There are also charities which have the care you require and these are often better than the basic care packages social services offer although soc serv will be funding your child as well as health care.
good luck and i hope this has been usefull.
