If you're looking for the quickest way to get there, I-95 will take you all the way. There are other routes you can go if you were looking for something a little more scenic, but I can't imagine you'd want to do that with the distance you'll be driving. Once you get to Florida, it depends on where you're heading if you should stay on 95 or not.

I'm not sure about the rest of the way, but once you get into Fl the main roads are I-10, I-4, I-75
