I just mean - work is dull and I generally feel exhausted all the time. I'm not a glass half empty kind of person normally but it's really kind of getting to me!

I advice you to take few days off work if you are employed and if not take some days to rest and do only things you like,you will see how you will come back in shape and have energy for everything after...

Take small risks-engage a stranger in conversation, or organise a small dinner party for close friends . Have something to look forward to, like a trip to the theatre, plan a weekend break somewhere that you wouldn't normally go,change your hairstyle and wait for the compliments, take up ballroom dancing. Hope this is what you want.

I would spend some time looking back at what you were doing when the glass was half full and see if you can remember what you were doing then that you aren't quite doing now. sometimes to go forward, it helps to look back.

you might also consider that there may be something physical that is tapping you down. Might be time to visit the doctor if you haven't lately and share it with him.

may I suggest stay in the game,weather it be a new interest,hobbie or educational experience,the answers are right in front of you, just reach for them and keep an open mind You may consider a career advancement or change as well.Sounds like you've fallen into a rut perhaps.Hey it happens,to us all.
