If my daughter had a 30 year old flirting with her I wouldn't care how cute he is....you are 15. You are jail bait. This man shouldn't be interested in someone so young. Age may just be a number but in this case it's a sentence to jail. Your parents are ok with this?

Some 15 year olds look 19. Some men do silly things and flirt to flatter a girl without thinking it through. Any way you can have a bit of a chat with your mum and explain how this makes you feel? If not, next time he flirts just laugh and make some sort of joke that shows you look on him as a much older man. Don't be offensive and he'll get the message...Good luck.

15 years old is bad, but a 15 year age difference is not a big deal once she's a few years older. What about an 18 year old with a 33 year old? My parents were 12 years apart. My wife is 13 years younger than me. We're still married. Her sister and their friends, who married guys their own age, are either divorced or unhappy. What are YOU going to do "Melinda"? Marry a guy in his early 20's? A guy who probably has no 4 year degree, low on the employment scale, and not sure if you're going to have one of those bald and fat husbands in 10 years? I hope YOU don't wait until you're past 30 to get married. If you do, you'll helplessly watch while the guys your age pursue younger women. I doubt you will look as good at 30 as you do at 18. It's no coincidence that both women were pregnant within a year of dating. Tom and Brad had turned 40, no kids yet, their wives were late 30's with difficulty conceiving. There have been too many rich, intelligent, and powerful men throughout history who have been with much younger women: George Washington Thomas Jefferson Julius Caesar Moses Ramses II Douglas MacArthur Clint Eastwood Paul McCartney Michael Douglas Mick Jagger Quincy Jones Donald Trump Pretty much most of history's kings, pharoahs, emperors, czars, presidents, CEOs, Generals, etc. While you women are in that under 25 window, now is the time to pick your husband. I'm 40. If I weren't married, I'll pick a woman half my age over a woman my own age any time. If your dad knew he had a realistic shot with a girl your age, he'll dump your mom in a heartbeat. I know men better than you ever can. Throughout my life, I've rarely encountered a man over 30 who preferred women his own age over a woman under 25.

Cut him out of your life. However nice a guy he might seem, a 30 year old flirting with a 15 year old is unacceptable. Unless you're misreading the signs of course, we all know stories of girls crying wolf... If he's a friend of your parents etc, maybe he's just being nice and you're enjoying the attention?

Ignore flirtations and make clear your lack of interest, as well as the highly inappropriate nature of such advances.
Guys often find themselves attracted to the same sort of women (or girls) that they first fell for - especially as girls your age can be seen as 'pure' and even said to be at the height of your physical potential (it is wrong, but some people see girls in this way), but this really isn't enough to justify such actions. As they get older, they should be able to find partners from their peers, not their peers' children!
Speak to your parents - tell them that you are uncomforable with this attention and feel it inappropriate for them to feel comfortable with it.
Beyond this, if you are really concerned about him, tell a teacher and or police; who may decide to speak with him - even if off the record.
Nasty man - I am sure you can find a boy (or girl), when you want.
DO NOT ALLOW HIM TO SWEET TALK YOU - THIS IS THE ROAD TO "GROOMING" - an attempt to lure you into illegal relationship/sexual activity.

Don't be intimidated by the guy, and tell him that what he's doing makes you feel uncomfortable. If he keeps it up, tell him you're going to tell the police. Of course I'm assuming you don't like him flirting with you.

Set your mum up on one hell of a hot date. I think that it's worrying that your parents think that its acceptable. Or do they? I mean they only said he was cute.
