Actually, everyone else says Busch Gardens, but i LOVE kings Dominion!!! i go insane when i go there it is so fun and they have fast rollercoasters, slow rollercoaster, they have a wave pool water slides a 350 ft drop zone.... so fun! here are some pics of kings dominion

I personally enjoy both parks, but I would definitely have to say that Busch Gardens is better. Like others have said, Kings Dominion is a lot of roller coasters. I think Busch has more of a variety of rides. A lot of really good roller coasters, too! And it's a beautiful park. If you have to pick between the two, I'd definitely go with Busch.

I've been to both. I prefer Busch Gardens Williamsburg.

I have little kids, so I prefer Busch Gardens. It's a nicer place, more kid-friendly rides. KD is more for hard-core coaster fans. Tends to have more teens with objectionable t-shirt messages too, and it tends to be dirtier. It all depends on whether you want a more Disney-like place (BG) or a dedicated coaster park. King Dominion is for families that just want to go on rides. Busch Gardens is for families who want to go somewhere to relax, get on a couple of rides and really enjoy the sight. So it depends what you are trying to do. If you want to just get on rides then it is King but if you want to somewhere and chill and enjoy the sight while getting on a couple of rides then it is Busch.

I haven't been to KD. BG is beautiful. Probably the nicest park I've been too. Decent coasters. Food is actually pretty affordale for an amusement park. I grew up getting gouged at Cedar Point, which has teh best rides, IMO. Be prepared though if you go to BG. Very hilly. Good workout.
