This is what i usually do.
1.Cleanse, then rinse
2. Wipe clean with toner (on a cotton ball)
3. Moisturize
4.Some concealer
5. Foundation
6.Blend a little more concealer if needed
7. Powder
8. Finishing touches (mascara, gloss, eyeshadow etc)
After moisturize you can use a primer which might make foundation go one better.
Sometimes i also use toner to remove some make up.
Try to have good tools, foundation is best put on with a foundation brush, but concealer is best if patted (not smudged) with your fingers.
Hope that helped
good luck

You should only need one cleanser, and if it's a good one, you don't actually need toner. Moisturizers are highly recommended though.
You would wash, dry, apply toner (or moisturizer) and let air dry. Then apply foundation and concealer in whichever order you find works best for you. Then powder to set it, eyeshadow and rouge would be the next layer. Curling your eyelashes and applying mascara, as well as the application of lipstick would be the last things to do.

Twice a day you should
Cleanse, tone and moisturize
Three times a week, use either a scrub or mask either morning or night after cleansing and before toner.
In the mornings after moisturizer, use concealer, then foundation. Use loose or pressed powder. Use and blend blush. Put eyeliner, eyeshadow and then mascara. Apply lip liner and lipstick. Then with large brush go over all again with loose powder, lightly to set makeup.
Then you will look and feel Beautiful!!

first u apply cleanser, then rinse, only use toner every second day for average skin and for oily use only twice a week, dab on toner, then add moisturiser. Then for makeup and a illuminater base foundation, then concealor on the dark circles under eyes and blemishes, then foundation, then blush, for average to dry skin u can use either powder or cream blush, but for oily you should stick to the powder blush, follow this with a all over bronze powder or just a normal finishing powder. Then add eyeliner to accentuate your eyes apply eyeliner lightly underneath and toward the cup of your eye make it darker, to make your eyes seem smaller either do the same thing but add a little cats eye on the side aiming upwards, or put the eyeliner inside on your eyelip. Then mascara.

My Dear.
Doing make up is simple and is really a fun experience.
You have to clean first your face with a soft and gentle cleaner. You can use a toner afterwards. The best part is to use a moisturizer before you put on your make up. It will help your foundation glide in your skin. This will lessen the caking of the foundation.
You're make up should always compliment your color. So if your skin is too light, you have to use a red lipstick. And if it is dark, it is better to use peach or light colors.
have fun
