If you go faster than the speed of light, you get to go back in time and change stuff. When you go go faster than the speed of sound things go BOOM. Anything good happen when you go faster than the speed of smell?

in some cases it would benefit you to go faster than the speed of smell, like out running a fart. saves you from the nasty, that's a good thing, specially if somebody ate some cabbage

you feel the odour because the odoured gas gets diffused from odour source
