I will take all of you liberals thumbs down for this answer...
1) The Pres does not represnt american intelligence, as he does not do his job alone, when you criticize him, you criticize everyone else associated with helping him do his job (which happens to include people of other political parties)
2) So What?? He is not a good speaker, that is not required in order to be the president. Even when I have everything all together in my head, when I speak in public sometimes, I sound like a bumbling idiot because I am nervous and/or anxious.
Give the man a break, because not one single person in this forum including myself is qualified to be the president or we sure as SH** wouldnt be hanging out on a saturday evening answerings questions online.

first evaluate the educational factor of optimal persons - optimal of what they found out has long been lost. If we elected a linguist for president no you will understand what he's conversing approximately. the training of thumb on the same time as giving a speech to the common public is to maintain it at a 12th grade educational factor. yet yet one greater reason i've got have been given self concept he talked that grew to alter into grew to alter into to have a hyperlink with the voters - no one needs an elitist president ho looks down on each and every guy or woman.

HE represents the Americans but Definitely not the INTELLIGENCE ! I donot know him personally , but i definitely feel that he is clear at Heart but confused at his Mind. His methods to wipe out the insecurity of global Terrorism are not Mature enough , to do any thing better. That's what power plays the thinking. Now he is in a mess , and messing all around. May the goodness of the intelligent Americans, imbibe in him a spirit of Compassion not conditioned by imaginary continents but a Global true Peace happening spirit...!!

Unfortunately this is the way it would appear to the rest of the world. Bush is a dangerous man who lacks not only the intelligence but the judgement to make decisions in the country's best interests.

I am getting sick of this stupid question. It's been asked a million times. the man takes a rap for being ignorant because he isn't as great of a speaker or showman as some of our previous presidents. He is however a real person. As much as I cringe when he speaks it's the substance of his values and honesty that make him a good president. Go ahead and give me thumbs down cause I didn't make you feel good and give you the answer you wanted.
