how do igo on runescape at the library?

You go to www.runescape.com

But if the library has filters on the computers you might not be able to go on. My library at school has filters blocking tons of stuff, and runescape was blocked because it it gaming.

simple you go to www.runescape.com but i think it probably would be blocked.and oh yeah one more thing .......you are a big nerd
