It's probably about 30 years old and the only thing I can remember about it is that there was a little boy who climbed up a large metal structure that power lines ran across the top off to escape a man that his mother had seen in the tail red lights of her car when she was about to back up. The scene was happening at night and they were kind of in the woods.

That's really all I remember about it. I think the man was a killer and I remember that the mom looked behind her to back up and the guy looked like the devil because of her red tail lights were shining on him.

It has bugged me all these years and I have never been able to figure out what that movie was titled. I don't know who played in it either.

I am not very much sure about it bu I remember a similar scene of a criminal climbing on a Power Lines' tower to escape from the police. It was a movie named "ASSAULT" or "THE ASSAULT" staring Suzy Kendle. Am I right . . . ?
