You don't give an idea of your age, but I am guessing you are younger, 20-30, or you do not have much experience interviewing. One thing that I did many years ago when I was starting out was an uncle who was in management worked with me in mock interviews, even video taping them for me to see myself. This was a great help in getting my confidence and improving my interviewing style. Interviewing is tough and because of that it requires work.
- practice interviewing, work on answering the tough questions that young managers like trying
- learn abouth the company, know thier business
- if possible learn about the person you are interviewing with
- LAST but very important KNOW your product - that is you -remember your are selling someone that YOU are the right person to hire
Good Luck

The problem is you are thinking about the result..too much b4 you attend the interview.Top of that you dont seem to believe in your strengths. Remember in the interview the topmost thing that is required is the confidence..the basic personality that you may carry for urself. Even if you donot know the answer there is a way to say 'I dont know'. it should be very professional..rather than bundling yourself into a bag. Go cooly..dress well..dont overdress but. Choose some good colours that look gud on you...go with a cool mind..leave the result to the destiny. But do your job well. Good luck

It is not uncommon and you are not the only one in such siturations; it is quite natural and understandable in the beginning stage.
Please avoid thoughts relating to the interviews and the results - whether positive or negative. In that place, fill your mind with activities of the day - not the one that passed or the ones of the future. By conscious and continuous practices you can come over this difficulty.
You do your home work neatly and leave the rest to the Divine. If you are dstined to get that job you will surely get it; if you are not destined, you will not get at all.
That is the mystery of life.
Good Luck my dear friend.
