Get a blood check for iron.
Cold extremities may mean blood is not flowing easily to your hands. That could be caused by a few things - diet, excersize, etc.
if iron defficency, red meat or iron suppliment tablets are good. Make sure that is the cause of your problem from a doctor first though.

Don't panic. It can be any number of conditions - environmental or medical . Only your doctor can give you the right answer. Best to get a cheek up ASAP to rule out a number of circulation related problems like diabetes. Do get a 2 or more professional opinions inc. a homeopath. Dr. will give you meds & diet plan to live by. From experience it's a circulation problem- I've a similar condition. I take natmur a type of salt tablet bought from a health food shop plus get acupuncture therapy done prn. It helps but don't expect too much for natmur may not work for you. Keep up your fluid levels limit the preservatives etc. from your diet you'll cope. If temp goes up or down call your Dr ASAP. It may be an infection caused by underlying health problems like stress & high urea levels in urine. Tip: a guru said to keep neck, chest & knees covered while you sleep helps manage this circulation type condition. 99

Two thoughts come to mind. Either you have very bad circulation of blood to your hands or there is an energy block. the blood flow can be increased by taking cayenne pepper in a capsule. Also clean out your blood vessels. It might be too much cholesterol blocking the flow. The energy block can be released with acupuncture.

you have poor circulation. and you should be worried. this is a sign of small or shrinking blood vessels. you need to check your cholesterol, don't smoke, don't do caffeine and at the very least take niacin. start with small doses and work up to the point where you can stand the flush that this B vitamin provides when it gets the blood pumping. i would check with a doctor.

Any other symptoms, tingling? Blue in color? Numbness?
Do you smoke? Could be reynalds which is poor cirrculation, any diabetes? which also would affect circulation..
Could be many things, but usually not dangerous if no other symptoms. As long as your heart is warm.....If you do smoke, consider quitting
