Yes, your ovaries can release eggs anytime durning your cycle. Eggs are fertile for 24 hours after they are released and sperm are fertile for 72 hours after ejaculation. They have new pregnancy tests that can detect pregnancy even before your first missed period, up to a week before, so you don't have to wait till you miss your period to know for sure.

I am not sure what you mean by pms? but if your relating to unprotected sex whilst having your period, then there is a possibility that you are pregnant. You should look after yourself and take more responsibility for your sexual health.

I got pregnant on the birth control pill twice. You can get pregnant anytime. and you can get aids and any other sexually transmitted disiese. Men don't have the option to think before they act. So women best do all the thinking.

you can get pregnant at any time its just less likely during your period, wait until your next period and if it doesnt come then get a test done. If you dont want to wait until your next period then go and see your doctor and ask them about your different options on how you can find out sooner.
Good luck!
