Usually very quiet, as I am home alone with my cats.
They are either laying on the desk, on the monitor, or on the bed close to me. I feel the occasional soft brush of fur against my legs, and make room for my lap-cat to jump into my lap.
My little calico is complaining right now. Needs attention.
Sometimes I have music playing on my computer. Sometimes, it is simply very quiet.
Sometimes I open the big window next to my desk, so the cats can sit in it. Then I can hear the rain or the wind, or the traffic from a not-too-distant freeway.
I am home alone, but I just woke up and put perfume on, just for me, because I love the scent :-))

it is 12:37 "lunch time" eating my beans and melted cheese on toast with my daughter watching her high school musical on in the other room with her friends. I have my msn open to chat to my mum in turkey also the news on the TV waiting to here how the weather is in London because i want to go to my sisters house but the wind has been really bad.

I'm sitting here at the computer in my pajamas, Listening to Neil Young, smoking cigarettes, drinking coffee, reading the questions on Yahoo...Answering a few. My wife has gone back to bed. It's 7:40 am here in Michigan.

I have the stereo set on shuffle listening to Everesence and Robbie Williams, with head phones, Hubby is watching TV and our girls are in bed. Drinking a nice bourban and coke and enjoying a bit of net surfing, peaceful....the neighburs from hell moved out today, we are soooooo happy !!!!!!!

currently eating left over pizza, drinking decaf coffee. wearing sweat clothes. just came back from walking the dogs. temperature is 40. been up all night talking on phone while on Y!A with old friend. everyone else asleep. soon i will be too! just a little "crap nap" though. got to go to Home Depot or Lowes and finish weekend projects.

the lights are off but the tv is on. a few feet away, my roommate is sleeping. i can hear my neighbor taking a shower. my stomach hurts, and i am playing with the beads on the edge of a black toss pillow with my feet. and my hair is wet.
and i am also starting to think that since the sun is starting to come up that maybe i should be getting to sleep...

i'm sitting at the computer, got channel v on the widescreen tv currently playing fergalicious, kids in bed, washings all folded on the floor behind me, hubby's in the back room playing cricket on the playstation.... yeah, that's about it
