We haven't undergone macro-evolution for an extremely long time. One could argue that the different races are different evolutions of man. You see, evolution really is only the adaptation of a species to the environment to help them to survive. So, the dark skin of an African is an evolutionary trait to help them combat the Serengeti sun, whereas a white guy would do terrible in those conditions (imagine all the sunburn!) Hopefully that answers your question, the simple answer is yes, micro-evolution happens everyday, but macro-evolution hasn't occurred for a very long time (not to say it won't). I personally think the next macro-evolutionary feat of man will be to combat the effects of global warming. Oh, I forgot to mention, in case you don't know, macro-evolution is a change from one species to another species designated by reproductive isolation between the two (Australopithecus changing to man), and micro-evolution is a change within a species (white mice changing to brown mice).

You'd have to learn a bit about evolution to really understand all the factors involved but in a way we're not evolving right now because there is very little selection going on - you need mutation and selection for evolution to have a direction so we're not fulfilling the criteria - you could argue that there is a level of sexual selection taking place but mostly I'd argue that the human race was undergoing genetic drift which could actually be harmful to the survival of the human race in the long run.
There's not much we can do about that really, the alternative summed up in the term 'eugenics' has shown itself to be morally repugnant.

Yes, they do. Humans will keep changing and evolving as long as there is a human race.

Have you noticed the increase in height of children compared to their parents. The race has grown a foot in the last hundred years or so.
