The "introduction to Explorere 7.0' Box keeps popping up. It does this a dozen or more times then it locks up the computer. I've tried every trick I know, restart, back to a restore pint. Nothing seems to correct the problem

The best advice I can think of is to uninstall it. But don't re-install it, do yourself a favour and download Firefox instead.

There should be a tick-box reading something like this: "Do not show this again"

But it just comes to show you how bad IE7 really is. It annoys the user with junk instead of making your browsing more comfortable and secure.

Rather get Firefox.

finish filling it out answer the questions and it will stop showing up.
you know you people tell everyone to get other browsers just because you think it's better the people ask a question and need an answer to there question they're asking. if they don't get Internet Explorer what makes you think Firefox is any different or any easier to figure out

That link may be able to help, maybe if you do that Reset Settings option, it will fix the problem .... Worth a shot if you haven't done so already.
