yes, let's divert the taxpayer's money from arresting and prosecuting rapist, child molesters, murders, drug dealers, armed robbers...what a great idea! we can fill the jails and prisons with the unfaithful! THEN--we can leave their children devastated in the streets!!!! emotionally scarred for life!!!!! yes, even better!!!!!

No, that IS absurd.

I think it is it's own best punishment.

Hahaha, divorce is pretty severe, too!

Sounds like it is a legal wrangle over interpretation of statutory language.... Many laws would be ridiculous if interpreted literally as written.

It would be a good idea- it would help stop the deterioration of the family and the spread of disease- I think way back when it use to be a crime- and these days it can kill you w hepatitis and aids-and cervical cancer- D
