there are several ways to do this, (1) is by BlueTooth. First you must activate blutetooh on both your cell and your PC. The process is simple, you select the photo from your cell and click in send and select the option via bluetooth. Then it will search for all the bluetooth devices, you must choose your PC. After that it will transfer it to your PC, it usually drops it on the my received files folder.
Option (2) is by using the nokia PC suite SW, it is a very simple SW that lets you syncronize your cell with your PC agenda (lotus, outlook...) and it also lets you transfer files.
Once you install PC suite, it has an option to transfer files, you must select the file you wan to transfer (pictures) and drag and drop to your PC file where you wan to transfer it.
If you have more questions on this, look at nokia.com 3230 details, PC suite is explained there (plus you dan download it for free)
