i'm the type of person that mixes old clothes with new ones.. i have a tiny bit of clothes that used to be my moms in the 80's (+one winter jacket from the 7o's).. then i have other clothes from 7th-8th grade...and then i have my new clothes...

in my opinion, t'is a shame to throw away clothes that will be rare in the future...i'd rather keep them, mix and match...my motto "never go with the same look twice" ^_^

I make my own style..following a fashion is a waste of time and money. New fashions come out every week it's much cheaper to make a style of your own and it also makes you unique:)

At 38 I am too old to be concerned with the latest trend. Then again when I was a teenager I wasn't overly concerned with it either. If you like it, it is clean, it fits and it looks good on you-- WEAR IT.

Good clothes never go out of style and if your mother was a teen in the eighties, then you are at an age where it doesn't matter anyway. Your sense of style will change 20 times between now and my age.

Have fun this is about the only time in your life (except when you were 4 and playing dress up) that you can dress however you please and not be concerned with other people's opinions. Later in life it will be uniforms or Professional attire, business casual, etc. Express yourself just don't dress like a hoochie.

Since I have no style whatsoever, I follow the lead of others. It's great if you can express your individuality through the outfits you wear, but some of us are more challenged in that area and need to stick to classics or what works for an icon. To each his own.

i could create my own vogue type. properly, i dont like the seems from the previous i liked the fashionable seems. i could create my own experience of vogue, yet make up i could carry on with the traits.(because of the fact i'm terrible whilst putting on make up) particular it does make me experience copycat wearing the comparable issues as others. And it makes me experience happy,no longer satisfaction to make my own fashions. To view the subject concerns i could say semi vogue. a million/2 your man or woman vogue stlye and a million/2 traits. :)
