How can I get a refund for an overcharge at the Ted Williams Tunnel in Boston?

Coming home from the airport at 5:45 am, I paid $13.00 for going thru the Ted Williams tunnel! Gave them a $20.00 for the $3.00 toll and and only received $7.00 change. They owe me 10 bucks!!!

You could probably call/e-mail the turnpike authority. They would perhaps have a record of if that collector's cash was off for the day. The sooner the better I would imagine, since I'm not sure how much help they will be. . . .Best of luck!
