I think what you meant is "Firefox". Firefox is a Web-Browser much like Internet Explorer or Netscape. In my opinion firefox should be the only browser to exist for its very secure and has alot of features. such as Skins, add-ons, etc. Its also extremely easy to use.

Foxfire is a mozilla-based browser with ALOT less of the 'bells & whistles' of the Internet Explorer. It also operates somewhat faster than it's counterpart and seems to be more effective and, I think, has less security issues too?

In any case, it does seem to be a faster/better browser!

Also, another good mozilla-based browser is Opera... but that's getting more like the Internet Explorer... 'bells and whistles' added and can get cumbered down if too many are added.

Another issue, which is security-related, that the alternative browsers are NON-MS which mean they are NOT linked to MS where data can be gathered about you/computer, etc, which seems or has been in the past and probably still is a BIG privacy concern... which is why ALOT of people opt to use a third-party browser instead such as the 2 mentioned above!

NOTE: Foxfire is the same as Firefox. They prefer to call it Firefox(aka Fire Fox) which is the latest name they are using and the latest version is 2.0. It is a pretty fast browser and is really something to look at!

I don't know if it supports RSS feeds but I DO know that Opera does and it checks for them each time you use it and so it makes it ALOT easier to use and get RSS feeds! I still haven't figured out how to use them in Internet Explorer 7?

For the best answers, search on this site https://shorturl.im/tFBC5

You're doing nothing wrong. Just uninstall it and don't re install, I had so many problems with it as well! It acted more like a virus and since I no longer have it, my pc works great! Good Luckl!
