If I understand your question correctly, you are asking why do people need a personal life that they don't need to share? Well I will answer this way, yes, everyone has one side of them that they will not share with others. But that doesn't mean that they don't share it with their life partners or closes friends. You will never know everything a person thinks or do at all time. Somethings are for you to know, and somethings, are not shared with all people.

I am not sure what you are trying to ask, but I will do my best to try to answer. Some people tend to be very open minded about stuff and are not sure of what needs to be left out in conversation. Some are just really nosy and will try to pry it out of the shyest of people. I use to be very open when I was a teenager, but now that I am older and have settled down-I am not like that anymore.
