Turn on your PC and press F8 key repeatedly and start XP in safe mode. Sign in as guest and in control pannel remove the passward

Hi there. The only way to do that is if you have created a Password Recovery Disk during/after the installation. Otherwise, there's no way. I doubt logging into another "adminstrator enabled" account would let you reset the "main" admin account's password.

You can use software to "kill" the password.

Otherwise you will have to reformat and reinstall Windows.

To say how to kill the password would I think be irresponsible here.

We don't know if you are a legitimate user of this machine.

You may want to re-install windows. Even though this WILL bomb your whole hardrive and you will loose all your data you should be able to make your own Account. This will not affect any of your computers proformace.

hello
please go to start/run
type cmd
go c:/document and setting/username(user which u forget password)
after that , type
netuser username(user which u forget password) * please dont forget to type star as it is very important.
then it will say password will change
