There's a movie called, "Night of the museum"??
I just went and saw the movie called, "Night AT the museum" I was wondering your question for that movie also...lol

Actually, you see, there were, you just didn't know it and the script forgot to mention that when the 'plaque' of the pharaoh became active it somehow caused the cameras to go berserk and they were unable to record anything that happened at night. They had many many different companies in trying to solve the problem and they finally just came to the conclusion that the museum was built on top of a magnetic field that was highly magnetized at night due to the closeness of the moon and the tilt of the earth through those specific hours.

You know what, I sat through that whole movie and it didn't occur to me once that there was no CCTV. How strange! Well spotted.
