What do you mean closet case? You think that adimring beauty is crazy? If you remember, he never did have sex with the girl and she was 17 or 18 years old.
I do not see the harm in admiring the beauty of the youth. Being someone who can not have kids myself, I often look at them when I am out and about and admire them. Thier beauty, their innocence, their smiles and laughter.
There's nothing wrong with that. The fact that you called this man a closet case tells me that you have been brainwashed by the media and society.
Infactuation is a natural instinct of man. And even if he had 'made love' to the girl in the movie, what would be wrong with that? I would pick love over hate and murder any day of the week. It wasn't like she was not consenting or that he was raping her.
If you think he is a closet case then you must think that of Moses who took a 14 year old bride. Or John Smith having sex with Pocohantas, the famous Indian girl that Disney pictures promoted to young kids.
The world's history is filled with famous known pedophiles that are glorified by today's world and yet, we condemn the modern day pedophile and try to make them villians when in truth, the same percentage of pedophiles who actually hurt children is equal to that of adult men raping adult women. But that doesn't mean that every man is going to rape a woman, does it?
There's a lot of hypocrissy in the world today. And this question brings that hypocrissy out into the open.

with the advent of gay many people come out of the closet. if the true word homosexual remaimed, they would have stayed in the closet its like ex convict or career criminal. the crime is the same but the name is different
