sometimes what looks like an increase is really something that has existed for a long time in the shadows and in the whispers, but no one would talk about it out loud. When people start seeing what has been in front of them for a long time, and the people who could behave this way without punishment are brought into the light, there tends to be a loud outcry about how things have changed.
I don't believe that females should be held responsible for the behavior of the men. The men need to be held accountable in the light of justice in front of all and punished for the harm they do. You cannot fix what you do not acknowledge

By removing the root cause of such violence ie.,the inequalities in the society.Sexual violence is only a manifestation of a unfulfilled desire,a way of expressing what in the opinion of the indivisual is an injustice done to him by society. Remove the cause and the effect will reduce and may hopefully vanish in the long run.

All those factors that excite individuals sexually should be identified and brought under check !
The rapidly changing value system under the influence of information technology, new found wealth and social status are driving not only the young but many middle aged, and the old to Socially harmful behavior pattern.
I wonder how can this be brought under check ?

By creating a society where no one gets left behind. Sexual violators are out to get power and control in any way they can get it. They feel they have no control over their lives and therefore they go out and metaphorically (and quite literally, too) take control over someone else's. If you can prevent these people from sinking that low, then you've got your answer.
Btw, no amount of body-covering clothes will prevent rape. Rape is not a crime of sexual passion. Its about fear and control.

To give hadly panishment in the case of sexual voilence in any place on world. Acutly , people are not aware about law of their country. They think that, why we take interest in any others case, They do`nt know that its happen with them.
