You can rate other people's answers when you get to level 2, you need 250 points to get there so you need to be answering lots of questions!

I am afraid you have to wait until you have earned 250 points and reached level 2 before being able to rate answers - it's yahoo's way of ensuring that users earn points and therefore earn the right to vote on other people's answers. Keep answering and you will soon get there - and the better the answer, the more chance you have of being voted a best answer and therefore more points!

You have to be at least on Level 2 to rate

you cannot rate others answers at level 1. as you go up the levels you can do more

Well you need to be a certain level like level 2, so i suggest do more answering and less asking.. :3

you need to be on level 2...means 250 points...if you click on the blue '?' on my q and a page it takes you to the ratings chart...hope this helps....x
