I have been like that also, but I'm trying my best to enjoy life and appreciate and be grateful, I hate always worring, it's not fun

yes, most of the people worry about things. You have to learn to live with the unkown and live your present time instead of constantly think about the future. If your thoughts are about the past.. there is nothing you can do to change it, so you better learn from it. It is also important to be happy what you have. I recommend 2 books: Just Enough: Tools for Creating Success in Your Work and Life and The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment

Of course! Worrying indicates that you are unhappy with something happening around you. That is the first step to progress. Once you worry hard enough about something, you will likely find opportunities to act on it, and make the world a better place. Most geniuses in the world worried about what they saw and heard of the world. That is how they changed the world for the better.

yes there is...i always worry a lot about things in my life...even when i have got assurance that things wont go wrong but in my mind,im always worrying about the what ifs......
