Generally it is assumed that in love a girl/female not taken any initiative first. Therefore how can one know the actual feeling of the lady the No means realy No or No means Yes.

Listen it's definitely hard...but at the same time let me give you a easy solution.After getting a refusal do not start nagging or annoying her.Give her time. May be her no is because of a compulsion????You never know or may be she really is really not interested in you?????? Only way to understand is to wait.Another thing, always ask her why she saying no. The answer however guarded provides an insight into the mind

girls r not science experiments to hav a "method" to their feelings..
Girls are not that hard to figure out really.. if she likes u .. u will definitely knw it .. jst hav a look into her eyes, they will reveal everything. If that doesn't work .. she'll try other ways of letting u knw.
Every girl is different and every circumstance is different so what she does depends on those things. I assume ur Indian.. sometimes Indian girls won't give u straight anwers and sometimes 'no' might not mean 'no' .. so u'll jst hav to learn to assess the situation bases on ur circumstances.
