yes you get friends free in internet (no shipping charges nothing else just some minutes)

Sure there are such sites.
I'm from Holland and we have a site called www.gratiz.nl, where they actually list all kinds of offers that are for free. Sometimes you have to fill out a form or something. Many of the offers are only valid for Holland though, so I'm not sure if this particular site would be useful for you, but I'm sure there are ones for you as well.

Would shipping provide it free, no. In some cases some web site will charge it free if you pay more than amount of units/items. Keep on search and read fine prints, sometime Amazon will do, I do not know if they do it anymore.

When they say free. They want something back. Yeah you can get free stuff only if you help the sponsors by signing up for one of the offers and you still will end up spending money. I've tried and trust me its not a good idea.

Yes very few and they are usually from large companies like CocaCola or Microsoft. However; most of them are scams. They ask you to refer their products to 20 friends and promise to give you a free ps3, but in the end you get nothing and it's not worth suing them for.

Make a hokey e.mail name, put abuncha false info in the We need to know where you live at? then go for it. After you get spammed into next year and get one t shirt that say Budwieser! you will see what free is.
