I tell all the people, that hate America, as I do. The police just stormed intoi my home, the POLIC said that because my door wasn't locked that they had to right to. There was a marijuana pipe in my home, and even know it wasn't mine, threatened to arrest me if, if I didn't sign their ticket. And just to let the rest of the world know (since they hold us resposible--and we just want the rest of the world to SAVE US), Our driving, traffic, whatever tickets you want to call them, prohibit us from any job that isn't minimum wage. It differs state to state, on Ohio, here, $5.15/hr. (and oh so preceding to $6.85/hr.) And rent is generally $500.00 a month. You do the math. So stop bitching about Americans being ****. Because we are enslaved. SO STOP HATING US AND HELP US.
We didn't even vote for Bush, neither term! His father was the head of the CIA before becoming president. Everything has been a lie. Why don't you save Us?

I agree "america" has become a vile and disgusting thing . but ive known since i was a very young child, ive always seen things for how they really are. in 1984 i attended my first day at public school and have had problems ever since (I wouldnt put my right hand over my heart and pledge my alleigence to a flag), I remember police doing very bad things to my mothers home when i was very young. ive since come to realize that they have total power and control and can pretty much charge you with whatever they want to even if its total bs because cops will cover for each others lies, and no judge or jury will believe the truth if the police want to lie . aside from the occasional good one that really does want to serve the public(ive only met one and ive been in alot of trouble)the police are bigger criminals than theives murderers and "DOPE USERS" who arent really criminals at all,people like us need to band together and do something ?! fight or flee ? not many of us see how bad it really has gotten most of society is living the great american dream(LIE) and think there better than the rest of the world. Mike tyson gets caught with 3 ounces of coke and released the next day, my home caught fire in 02 (electrical) and the cops just assumed it was a meth lab because of whom im related to and i go to jail for a LONG time and loose my son its been so hard not to take revenge when they took the only thing that meant something to me . I live in washington were they take your drivers liscense away for everything but being a bad driver, try to get even a min. wage job with out one. yes i am ashamaed to be an american, wish i could help. saddam hussien was a far better person than bush. who has recently sent my bro- inlaw to his death in iraq, oh well one less gullible brainwashee who actually thought he was fighting for freedom. First if your really American, you need to get back to school as your spelling is horrible. Probably the reason you cannot get a decent job. I would not have hired you based off your language skills alone. Second, I hired people for years for a major company and I could care less about any traffic tickets you had, unless I was hiring you to drive a delivery vehicle or truck. I could care less if you drove, walked, hitchhiked, took a cab, bus or bicycle to work as long as you showed up.
Last if the police came into your house as you described, I bet they received a call from someone else, advising them of a problem or disturbance at your address. In that case having gotten there if no one came to the door and it was open, they had all the legal right in the world to come in and check the well being of anyone inside. As for your pipe,it was in your house and you are legally responsible for anything inside your residence. If you don't want to get arrested for drug paraphernalia, don't let your friends bring it in. I would say from your spelling and grammar, you need to go to school, or smoke that pipe a little less often.

If the police stormed into your home that is because they had a "reasonable suspicion" that you were committing an offence.

If they broke down your door then subsequently did not bring charges, they do have to pay for the broken door, though.

As for drug paraphernalia, anything that is in your home is technically yours under the law, whether or not you took it into your home. If it was in your home then that means it is likely that someone was using illegal substances there, and unless you can prove the marijuana was prescribed for pain relief, you are guilty of a crime and are lucky you weren't charged with one.

$500 a month rent? You're the one who should stop bitching. Most people in my city pay more than $500 a week rent for a one bedroom apartment.

First of all the I dont care what the hell the police said they have no rights going into your house locked or unlocked unless they had a warrant. Second, I agree with all that your saying I just gave up all together on this country getting any better. Someone might al wel fluch the toilet on all of us to make it go faster. Also don't be worried about the pipe you'll only get a fine. Try to have a nice night.

Also try to ignore these stupid other comments about going to another country. How the hell is one suppose to do that? It takes money to move somewhere (idiots) and getting paid minimum wage isn't really a good way to save money.

I've been to OHIO and I've seen your local law enforcement in action---it's like a gestapo. Columbus, Dayton, Ashley---going out to bars was like pressing your luck. Private security folks shining spotlights in the windows at closing time--very annoying. And then I turn on AM talk radio and there's maybe one progressive broadcast--limited to the major city's-- and three or four station's carrying the likes of Limbaugh and Hannity--how depressing. Your post really woke up a lot of crime and punishment obsessive compulsives--Good Grief.

Posession is 9/10 of the law. If you don't want to get arrested, don't break the law. There is no such thing as EXCLUSIVE property rights here. If you own land and elect to grow pot on that land...that land can be seized and sold. Obeying laws is part of the social contract theory. In return for reaping the benefits (roads, education, public assistence), you are expected to obey the law or be arrested.

what a great incentive to obey the f*ing law. jesus, somehow i think there are details to the story you are leaving out. if the people you associate with participate in questionable behavior, then disassociate yourself from them. i've had to distance myself from friends of that nature, just because i know somewhere somehow they will end up bringing me down as well. how does bush have anything to do with state issued citations?
