Because they are quite the same. The Peoples Elbow is just the same as The Five Knuckle Shuffel. You know that Cena and the Rock can't be compared but they are the same though, the gimmick is quite the same etc. The Rock is a legend, and everyone in the WWE is unique, yes even John Cena..

You see, the rock is the greatest in his time, not to mention the most popular, other than Hulk Hogan, Stone Cold and the others. And now that he's retired, people are observing the new breed of superstars who will continue the trend they put up.
Then john cena comes into the action. And now, he is the crowd favorite and definitely the most popular wrestler today. He has done his share of controversies and actions and look at him now, he's a success.
So I guess they are comparing the once greatest wrestler with today's greatest wrestler. Comparing them to see if the new breed wrestler, john cena, could put up the same or even more show to make the wwe a more success.

Because people can not realize that Cena has no talent no mic skills .
Cena has to look at old wwe videos and get some of his mic skills from the rock y2j stone cold and so on.
Cena just wishes he was the rock and had talent like the rock.

well i might say that people always compare cena with the rock because hic cute, talented, strong, cool and never gives up but everyone should know that wrestling is mostly about being tough, strong and willful so i would say that i am most likely to vote for the rock as the toughest but vote for john cena as the cutest..... hehehehe....................
