why india becomes soft target for terrorists from all the sides ? is there any way out to counter it ?

It is because India is not accoustomed to terrorism as yet compared to the western world, this is quite new to india and the indians are still learning, soon enough they will be able to fight terrorism more strongly and hopefully be able to get rid of it from india.

It is because of jealousy and inability to digest the progress India is making.
