Democracy (literally "rule by the people", from the Greek δημοκÏαÏία-demokratia demos, "people," and kratos, "rule") is a form of government. Today, the term democracy is often used to refer to liberal democracy, but there is no necessity that democracies are liberal (i.e. respectful of individual liberty and property) and in some cases may be illiberal democracies.

Democracy is your right to ask the question and my right to either answer anyhow whether you like them or ignore it. its a tool to enable all kinds of people to air their views whether these are right ,wrong or just different than yours. Its about moving forward as a nation and taking every one along with you, however poor ,different or difficult they may be.
