i think it is stupid. she chose to meet someone she didnt know. that was her own stupidity.

I don't think so it is the parents responsibility to monitor their kids. If say they met at a Starbucks would Starbucks be responsible, or if they met at a grocery store.

well maybe if it is dangerous to a child life
and I guess parent should take some
responsibility

i blame the parents too...the are most likely to blame in these situations... but they never are
