here is a better question. if you jam a steel flag pole down into rocky soil and there is no air resistance to stop the flag from moving, is it still moving? take your conspirecy theory somewhere else.

Sir,
If you look at the sky at night and see something silver and round shining have no doubt your not hallucinating.
Things on the moon weigh approx. one sixth of what they weigh on earth. If you spread a piece of cloth out it wont fall down quickly, and will hold the shape you placed it in for a while. Sufficient time to click a picture.
If you were on the moon taking a picture of a flag, I don't suppose you would fold the flag and take a pic.You too would take advantage of the lack of gravity to make the flag stand up suspended so to speak in space, before taking the pic.
Hope that explains your query. Unless you were looking for a conspiracy theory.

It just looks like it is moving and yes the astronauts from the United States did go to did go to the moon.
