A warrant can be executed on you if you were the person who the warrant was issued for , irrelevent if you have changed your name or not , after all you are still the same person !

Strikes me as a lay person,that if you committed the original
financial misdemeanour that you are the guilty one.....no matter if your name has changed.Guilt is transferred to the now married woman with a different name.Imagine if the police issued a warrant for your arrest in your maiden name for the murder of your new husband,get it!!

I would think that if the debt was incurred in the persons maiden name the warrant could be executed in that name. It is the same person regardless of any name change
