Greetings, i am having a major problem here please help
HP A1620
Pen. D with ViiV Tech.
HDD: Samsung 200GB
Processor 3.0G
RAM: 1GB
What happenz is that after the BIOS, when the windows icon appears, it just keep on loading. I am assuming that something is wrong with the hard drive.

This message shows that the SAMSUNG harddrive on your HP A1620 Media Center PC is failing!
S.M.A.R.T. or Self Monitoring And Reporting Technology is the feature which guarding the health of a modern harddrive, available on almost every harddrive manufacturer's product.
To check your harddrive's status more precisely you must download SAMSUNG's harddrive utility at
http://www.samsung.com/support/productsupport/download/index.aspx
Select menu list option [Computer & Related > HDD > HDD] to pick your SAMSUNG harddrive's model (if you can open the PC's casing and check the harddrive's product label) or any one of them which is indicated with number '200' or '201'. Enter the download page and click the 'software' content tab.
Download SAMSUNG HUTIL software and unpack it, save it to a bootable floppy disk which is having a DOS program on it, launch it using DOS prompt and thus follows the screen instruction.
Please immediately contact HP for a harddrive replacement if your PC is still under warranty.
