It means it comes on at 8 pm Eastern time and 7 pm Central time.

the second serie`s of prison break is already on tv in england the first epiode (of 13 ) was shown last week !
the second instalment ( 14 onwards ) is shown in america on the 22nd of january .
That will not be shown here until around august time .
But i think the answer above me might be right !
