While my husband & I were staying in a hotel in Va. I started "seeing" this little old lady wearing a shawl clipped at the neck with a brooch. I kept describing her to my hubby, who had no idea who this person was. (I later found out from seeing pictures, that it was his long dead grandmother) One night, this little lady quite literally, started beating me over the head with a bouquet of roses. Not a physical beating, just an annoying, would not go away type thing. I kept telling my hubby to call his mom to find out if it was a b-day or anniversary or something in the family that we had over looked. Keep in mind this was almost 2am where my mother-in-law lived. I finally got him to call and ask his dad all the questions...b-days..anniversaries...to no avail. His dad woke his mom up...to ask her the questions. Well, long story short, my mother-in-law is a diabetic and her blood sugar level had just about bottomed out and she was just a short while from slipping into a diabetic coma,,,,and would have.... had her "dead" mother not nagged me into calling her. I have seen "my dead grandmother in law" a few times now....and she always seems to be looking out for my husbands family. Why she picked a brand new hotel to appear in..or why she appeared to me...I have no clue but I'm glad for her guidance and her company, her visits are usually pleasent...at least I haven't been "beaten" with flowers again....lol..

When my husband and I first married, he worked nights and we lived in a two bedroom townhouse that we bought from an older lady, that had only lived there for a few months . Moved in,started smelling Lysol, and cigars and feeling creepy when I walked up the stairs every night on the way to bed. One night I woke up all of a sudden, looked at my bedroom doorway and there stood a transparent lady in a white pants suit of some kind with long dark hair, pale skin and a worried look on her face!!! I yelled, "What are you doing in my house?" and she slowly turned and walked back down my stairs. Called my husband , then checked on the kids and my Son was running fever. Well, I chalked it up to a dream. About a month later it happened again. Thought I was dreaming..went back to sleep...FINALLY. Called my sister in law the next day to tell her about it and she reminded me. She said"Isnt Brad sick again?" OHHH! SNAP!! O.k now I was really freaked out. Soo,next time the kids were sick about a year later...I waited and the second night I woke up and GUESS WHO!!! YES! Her again.. so I called the Lady we bought the house from and she told me that the Indian woman who lived there had commited suicide in the house!! Her kids were always sickly, she was a germ finatic and she kicked her husband out because he smoked in the house..hence the cigar and Lysol smells. anyway she found all this out after she kept seeing her too!!! She didnt want to tell us before she sold us the house. She felt crazy and wanted to sell her property. She called the next door neighbors who lived there I guess when the family lived there. She was totally unstable. Anyway...we sold the townhouse and I have been expecting calls from people but have never received any.... Weird huh???
